PaperTale believes that knowledge is power and therefore being able to convey information is critical to its values. After learning a lot from the launch of the PaperTale merchandise collection, PaperTale therefore decided to redesign the app to further develop the user friendliness of it. This involved simplifying down the information presented and also making complex things more relatable.
