Papertale

PaperTale exists to challenge the status quo of how supply chain data is being gathered and verified, for the sake of the people living on our planet. We do this by creating services that empower people, create trust, and enhance transparency between farms, factories, brands, and customers. This helps people to become aware of their connection to the world, making it possible for every single one of us to take actions for a better future.

PaperTale was founded in 2018 by Bilal Bhatti. As a textile engineer with extensive experience in Europe and Asia, he faced the concerning working conditions, environmental impact, and corruption of the fashion industry. Bilal realized that the industry needed to change but that it lacked the incentive to do so.
Thereby, the PaperTale vision was born. Bilal started working on the PaperTale technology and set up a garment factory that could serve as a role model for production. PaperTale envisions a transformation for industries that rely on fractured supply chains full of social injustice and pollution. Although PaperTale is now focused on the fashion and textiles industry, other industries will be included soon.
